The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person who logs on this website and is compliant with the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of UK. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same. Thank you for choosing to book with Luxe Spa & Wellness, a spa service provided right at your doorstep or within our business location in Manchester, UK. By making this booking you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions below.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These Standard Terms and Conditions (STCs) are applicable for all contracts concerning the booking of our spa services provided by Luxe Spa & Wellness.

BOOKINGS

Luxe Spa & Wellness offers various beauty and massage services set on available dates that are non-binding and subject to change. Luxe Spa & Wellness can at its own discretion refuse the conclusion of a booking.

CANCELLATION RULES

There is a guaranteed booking when the client confirms payment of a service by providing a credit card number. A guaranteed booking can be cancelled free of charge up until 24 hours prior to the service date. Cancellations made less than 24-hours prior to the appointment can be made however with a non-refundable deposit of 10GBP.

Due to our current circumstances, customers with any flu-like symptoms and/or even a positive Covid test result are definitely encouraged to cancel and/or reschedule after a two week (14 day) quarantine. Clients are required to contact Luxe Spa & Wellness via their email luxemobilespa22@gmail.com as soon as possible, to ensure the health and safety of all.

Luxe Spa & Wellness will also abide by these rules and will contact customers in regards to any health and safety measures, Cancellations and reschedule of the appointment will be sent. Luxe Spa & Wellness will be in constant communication with their clients in regard to everyone's health and safety.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

The price of all services booked is always payable by the client in advance. Clients are all required to pay a deposit fee and the rest of the booked service on the date of the booking appointment by cash or card with the hired staff. Set-off by the Client is excluded unless the set-off relates to an undisputed or legally confirmed claim. Valid means of payment are cash in Pounds (GBP), EC card, Master Card, Visa Card, Diners Card and American Express etc.

VOUCHERS/DISCOUNTS

A voucher/discount can only be purchased and/or activated only on the www.luxespaandwellness.co.uk payment checkout point. Discounts and vouchers are only created and be viewed on the Luxe Spa & Wellness website and social media channels. The validity period of the voucher and our discount is made present on the item, please be sure to check from when the date of issue(s) are.

The person who orders the voucher is responsible for providing accurate details (in particular e-mail addresses) to which the voucher and the invoice are to be sent.

GROUP BOOKINGS / EVENTS

In the case of group bookings please indicate the number of clients that request the service on the checkout form clearly.

PRODUCTS

Terms of Offer. This Website offers for sale certain products and services (the "Products"). By placing an order for Products through this Website, you agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement.

Customer Solicitation: Unless you notify our third party call centre reps or direct Luxe Spa & Wellness sales reps, while they are calling you, of your desire to opt-out from further direct company communications and solicitations, you are agreeing to continue to receive further emails and call solicitations Luxe Spa & Wellness and its designated in house or third party call team(s).

Proprietary Rights. Luxe Spa & Wellness has proprietary rights and trade secrets in the Products. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or redistribute any Product manufactured and/or distributed by Luxe Spa & Wellness. Luxe Spa & Wellness also has rights to all trademarks and trade dress and specific layouts of this webpage, including calls to action, text placement, images and other information.

Sales Tax. If you purchase any Products, you will be responsible for paying any applicable sales tax.
