Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will not lose your deposit if you need to reschedule. Cancellation is definitely required if you have any flu-like symptoms or received a positive Covid test. Your deposit will not be lost prior to rescheduling after a two-week quarantine.
