Due to the current conditions, we have set our services in correspondence with the rules and regulations for Covid-19. To ensure the best possible conditions, Luxe Spa & Wellness practice health and safety measures that meet the recommendations and expectations in the field of public health.

All clients who choose to proceed with treatment, need to be aware of safety procedures before (or at) the first appointment. Therefore, we require customers to avoid making appointments if they are having any cold-like symptoms.

To protect both the customers and the therapists in her practice, Luxe Spa & Wellness enforces standard precautions and shares all the procedures and measures they are taking to ensure the health and safety of all.

HYGIENE ABOVE ALL

Luxe Spa & Wellness staff and customers are encouraged to wash their hands for 20 seconds with warm, soapy water before and after a visit to effectively eliminate the spread of germs.
Our massage therapists will always wear the required PPE for all treatments, to minimize exposure.
To practice cleanliness and prevent spreading germs from household to household, Luxe Spa & Wellness encourages and requires clients to provide their own clean towels for the treatments.
Luxe Spa & Wellness focuses on fully cleaning and sanitising all its equipment before and after each treatment. That means wiping down every surface, creating a face cradle hammock and making lubricant readily available. Decreasing the number of touches on a bottle of lubricant is an easy way to contain the spread of germs.
